All of the team are now onsite for the opening of RIMS 2019 – but they are only half way through the ‘to do’ list! Since Thursday last week, they have been working hard in the Exhibition Hall, supporting clients with the set up on their exhibition booths – focusing not only on the structure, but also making sure that the graphic and AV content is striking and impactful and the various finishing touches really make a difference – so the coffee is a must! We are also providing online engagement tools, prize draws and a VR experience.

This year, we have some great product launches and new services – so the AV content is important, as is the marketing literature. Clients are hosting presentations on the booths throughout RIMS – sharing their thoughts, insights and experience with risk managers and helping them adapt and manage risks today and those in the future.

Our colleagues from Full Circle Comms have now joined us – and they have a packed schedule with clients and meetings with the press over the next few days. Lots of key messages to be shared – key issues driving the markets and new products/ launches.

We’re really looking forward to all of the sessions and networking over the next few days – so watch this space and we’ll keep you updated.
