A first-class website for the UK’s leading general insurance organisation.
Project Summary
We had the challenge of delivering a website that was comprehensive enough to cater for this wide membership and audience base – including 1,800 regulated firms and employing more than 100,000 people. The website needed to be comprehensive, whilst remaining easy to navigate. Three core aspects of the site were identified – making the site faster, the UX more engaging, and ensuring the content focused on the needs of the core audiences.
