Our journey: 17 years of supporting FERMA

Since its inception in 1999, the Forum has evolved and expanded significantly – not only in size but also in the breadth of risk topics covered and the diversity of exhibitors. Today, the event attracts a much larger presence from insurers and service providers.

Our journey with the event began 17 years ago with a single client in Geneva. Our role was to design, install, and support an exhibition booth, setting the stage for what would become a long-standing partnership. Over the years, our services have evolved, reflecting changes in both the forum and our clients’ needs.

We now engage in a more integrated approach, working with clients to develop comprehensive campaigns that cover multiple areas of business. This close collaboration allows us to create content and strategies that align with both the conference and our clients’ broader objectives.

Our support for clients attending the Forum is typically focused on several core areas. We begin by establishing the rationale, planning, and value proposition for attending – answering the “why are we going?” question. Once this foundation is set, we shift to the creative and content development phase, where we brainstorm ideas and develop a strategy. Finally, we move into execution, which may include building a tradeshow booth, hosting an event, filming, and content delivery.

Some key memories over the years include our work with Allianz at the Berlin Forum, where we leveraged global brand assets such as Formula E, and our ‘Business Lounge’ concept, which offers clients a more expansive and detailed platform for engagement. Our role in delivering ‘FERMA TV’ has also been a significant highlight, enhancing message outreach and fostering deeper connections with industry partners.
